Design Packages

Full Service Design Package:

This is designed for you if you are looking for a team of professionals to get the job done with all aspects of the process being taken care of by Aman Than Interiors, from start to finish.

You will be involved in the decision-making, but do not have to deal with the stress of managing the trades and implementation of the design details.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
  • After the initial Design Consultation, there will be a design proposal presented with an outline of the phases required to get your project completed
  • Measurement of spaces for the purpose of furniture planning and sourcing if required
  • Design and Budget planning for finishes and furnishings
  • Sourcing of materials and finishes
  • Aman Than Interiors will work with the builder and/or contractor to ensure that all design details are adhered to, and also to be available for all milestones in the process
  • Visits with you to suppliers as required to make final choices (tiles, counters, furniture, lighting, etc)
  • Installations of draperies and furniture deliveries coordinated
  • Final touches to get your space ready for You

Cost: Design fees vary based on each project. A good general guide is that it will be between 10% - 20% of the cost of the project

Colour Consultation:

Perfect for you if you only need a designer to give you paint colours and decor ideas for your home.

This package starts with a Discovery Call which gives Aman a chance to get acquainted with you, your project, and your scope of work.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
  • 2-hour consultation at your home
  • All the paint colours you will need for the space

Cost: $350 plus HST

Hire a Designer
for a Day:

Perfect for you if you are looking to update a room or two and need a professional to help you decide on furniture, fabrics, light fixtures, and accessories for your space.

You will need to prepare images of your space and any inspirational images you would want Aman to see, and a shopping list.

Aman will accompany you to help you choose furniture and decor for your home.

A Discovery Call is a must for Aman to get to know you and what you have in mind. It will give her an idea of how to guide you and make the best use of her time.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
  • Designer’s time and expertise to help you shop for the right items for your space
  • 6 hours for a fun, and knowledge-filled day with Aman
  • Aman will meet you at the places you have agreed to visit during the discovery call

Cost: $650 plus HST for up to 6 hours, including all traveling time.

Virtual Design
Package:

This service is perfect for you if you are a do-it-yourself type of person or would love to tackle the project yourself and simply want a professional to give you guidance with the style and overall aesthetic of your space.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
  • With accurate measurements provided by you, a floor plan will be created for you
  • Furniture, lighting, and accessories suggestions which you will purchase online or source locally where you live
  • Resource list (Online and Local)
  • If the best options are available through trade sources, you will have the option to purchase directly via Aman Than Interiors where possible

Cost: Cost: $350 plus HST per room (multiple room discount of 25% will apply)
