Consultation:

Every project begins with a design consultation. This two-hour consultation can be a standalone service or a beginning of an upcoming project. It will take place at your home, where we will cover a lot, including everything from your must-haves, wish list, identifying your design style, to budget expectations. 

This is a flat fee service so that you can get all of your questions answered without having to keep track of time.

Cost: $400 plus HST

Contract & Planning:

After the decision has been made to move forward, we will create a letter of agreement for your project. We will meet and take care of all the necessary paperwork and answer any questions you may have regarding the scope of work or contract.

Once the contract has been signed and a retainer is provided, we begin the next phase of your project.

This phase is where we help our clients visualize the overall feel and design of their finished space. We will accomplish this via inspirational images of rooms and details we want to incorporate into each area. This sets expectations so we can start creating design boards, furniture layouts.

Implementation & Finishing Touches:

During this stage, we will start ordering all approved elements for your project. All furnishings and materials will be sourced and deliveries will be facilitated by Aman Than Interiors to the job site. We will work with contractors to ensure the seamless execution of our designs.

Our job is to take the stress out of the process for you, so you can focus on your life without worrying about any hassles.

Construction is complete;  we will now begin setting up your space for you to enjoy. Furniture, artwork and any other accessory is all nestled into their new home. 

A final walk through is done. Photos are taken for archival purposes.

It's now time to enjoy your new space.
